  • Permitted Use: You may use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as browsing artwork, viewing design portfolios, and contacting the artist/designer.

  • Prohibited Use: You must not use the Website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:

    • Uploading or transmitting any viruses or malicious code.  

    • Interfering with the operation of the Website.

    • Collecting data from the Website without permission.

    • Reproducing, distributing, or modifying any content from the Website without express written consent.

  • All content on the Website, including but not limited to artwork, designs, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the intellectual property of Amor Roth/ Studio Day or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Website without express written permission.  

4. Purchases and Commissions 

  • If you purchase artwork or commission custom designs through the Website, you agree to pay the stated price.

  • Payment terms and refunds, cancellations, revisions, ownership or any details pertaining to a project will be provided and signed off  before a project commences.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.  

  • Amor Roth/ Studio Day does not warrant that the Website will be error-free or uninterrupted.

  • Amor Roth/ Studio Day makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of the color, or appearance of digital representations of physical artwork.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Amor Roth / Studio Day shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website.  

  • Amor Roth/Studio Day's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

7. Links to Third-Party Websites

  • The Website may contain links to third-party websites. Amor Roth/Studio Day is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these websites.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • Amor Roth/Studio Day reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
